Use Mastercam to program and operate CNC equipment.
Our CNC Programmers/Machinists use Mastercam programming software and have both program and operational responsibilities. Candidates with at least a few years of experience are preferred.
Keep machines running and producing.
Operators keep machines running and producing. Our CNC machines include mills (up to 5-axis), lathes, fiber lasers, press brakes, saws, and a water jet.
Skilled welding across steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Welders who are skilled in all types of welding are vital to our production. We work with steel, stainless steel and aluminum, which can be a tricky metal to weld. Our aim is quality welds with tight tolerances.
The backbone of production.
The backbone of production. Skilled in the use of hand tools such as tape measures, sanders, grinders, drills, etc. Forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment may be utilized.
Forklift-experienced specialist with CDL for local pickups and deliveries.
The ideal candidate for this position will be highly organized, have forklift experience with heavy loads, a CDL license for local pickups and deliveries, and an attitude of task flexibility.
Drilling, hardware, stenciling, paint touch-up, final-product prep.
Assembly technicians put it all together, drilling holes, attaching hardware, stenciling, touching up paint, etc. to get the final product customer-ready. Blueprint reading skills are a huge plus.
Calipers, gages, CMM, Faro Arm, Faro Laser Tracker.
Quality uses calipers, gages, and other measurement instruments to ensure that only parts of the highest quality leave our facilities. Knowledge of geometry, blueprints and GD&T are vital. Experience with Faro Arm, Faro Laser Tracker and Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is a plus.
Quotes, POs, receiving, invoicing, and reception coverage.
This role requires highly developed attention to detail. The purchasing administrator is responsible for getting quotes, creating POs, placing orders, receiving shipments and ensuring invoices are entered, all while covering the phones and reception.
